📅 Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
Items returned with signs of wear, damage, or odors will not be accepted.
🚫 Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Final sale items
- Custom or limited-edition pieces
- Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out before sending it back.
🔄 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
💵 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.
📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was sent
- The item arrived damaged
- There was a fulfillment error
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Beat Bunny Clothing is not responsible for lost return packages.
🛑 Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

- Photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
We will replace the item or issue a refund depending on availability.
📬 Lost or Missing Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check with neighbors or your building office
- Confirm the shipping address
- Contact the carrier for a delivery trace
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will work with you on a replacement or store credit.
